Naya Zest Gummy Bears

These Naya Zest based gummy bears are low in sugar and super easy to make. It’s a perfect project all the family can enjoy doing during spring break!

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Naya Zest lemon-lime flavoured water
  • 2 tbsp unflavoured powdered gelatin
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A few drops of green food coloring

 

Preparation:

1) Combine flavoured water, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan.
2) Cook at low heat stirring frequently until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely.
3) Pour mixture in a bowl or in a small measuring cup.
4) Add food coloring and mix well.
5) Put the candy molds on a flat surface and fill them with the mixture. To do so, use a pipette or pour directly from the small measuring cup.
6) Once the molds are filled, give them a light shake in order to remove any air bubble.
7) Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until mixture sets.
8) Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 or 5 days.
