Smoothies are among the most delicious ways to stay hydrated this summer! Not only are they delectable, they’re also quick and easy to prepare. That’s why we worked with the wonderful people over at Healthsomeness to bring you a brand new healthy smoothie recipe that you can prepare with your very own bottle of Naya water. Get ready, get set, drink!


  • 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 330 ml Naya Natural Spring Water


  • Add the Naya water to a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients
  • Blend everything until you get a smooth uniform liquid
  • For a thicker smoothie, throw in a few ice cubes and blend further
  • Serve!
